This project is a World War I–inspired stick grenade created as a fully game-ready asset. I completed the entire production within two days, challenging myself to match a tight, studio-level deadline while following a complete real-time game art pipeline from modeling to final presentation.
The asset was inspired by the work of artist 111, and the process focused on efficiency, clean topology, and optimized detailing suitable for in-game use.
Low-poly count: ~3,000 triangles.
This project was a fun and rewarding exercise in speed, discipline, and maintaining visual quality under time constraints.
